Jon and the team were outstanding! Great communication, outstanding service, the place was awesome. Jon helped us find a caterer for our event and everything was seamless. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a great spot in Denver to stay or have events!

I recently stayed at Hotel Residential for my bachelor party, and it was an unforgettable experience. The host, Jon, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was extremely responsive, met us upon arrival to ensure we were settled, and even allowed us to store our bags early due to our early flights. He also generously provided a late checkout, accommodating our later departing flights. The suite itself was top notch. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the place has a real wow factor with its unique accent lighting and mood settings. Everything was impeccably clean, and the amenities were fantastic. The rooftop was a highlight, offering an incredible space to hang out and enjoy the views. The location is unbeatable. Situated right next to the Rockies stadium, we were in the heart of the city with easy access to everything we needed. Jon recommended some excellent local spots for food and drinks, all just a short walk away, making our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn't have picked a better place for a bachelor party. I hope to return one day for another stay and would definitely recommend Hotel Residential to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Denver. Thank you, Jon, for making our trip so memorable!

We first used the space on Larimer Street in 2023 and had a fantastic experience, so it was an easy decision to return. The location is great—central, easy to find, and perfect for our event needs. Jon has been absolutely invaluable in making everything come together. As a UK-based team, we faced plenty of logistical challenges—deliveries, payments, and last-minute fixes—but Jon was there every step of the way. His responsiveness was incredible, both before and during the event (even when we had unexpected issues like a coffee machine acting up 😅). He made sure everything was set up in advance for a seamless experience, and when we ran out of supplies, he even went out of his way to grab extras for us. Our attendees loved the space, and we couldn’t have asked for better support. We love working with Jon and hosting our event at Larimer Street—highly recommend!

Staying at Hotel Residential for a boys trip literally made the weekend for us. This place is special and peak Denver location and experience. Everything is super clean, state of the art, and simply well thought out. Everyone was able to sleep comfortably in their own beds as the place was spacious enough for our group of almost 20 people. Whether it’s a retreat, bachelor/bachelorette party/birthday party/reunion, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Denver. And Jon, our host, is the type of person you’d want for your stay — he was incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and kind.
