I ordered the bacon burger, with no onion, and the birria fries. The service really quick for how busy they were, and the server, Joshua, was phenomenal, despite obviously being injured (someone brought him a bandage while I was waiting). The birria fried were phenomenal. Delicious. Unfortunately, I got the wrong burger. I ended up withh someone else's burger, a black bean burger. This was pretty disappointing since I've been craving a burger all day. Hopefully someone enjoyed my bacon burger, but I couldn't eat my black bean burger.

Got the bacon bandit burger with truffle fries and churro milkshake. Fries were crispy, the shake was not overly sweet, and I ordered the burger to be well-done; tasted delicious, although the lighting inside was a bit peculiar. Thinking that I saw some pink, I had to shine my phone flashlight on the patty just to double-check. It was mostly done as requested, and even if there was just a miniscule amount of pink... not worth throwing a fuss about. Overall, this meal was delicious and I'll return

This place should be illegal. In all the 32 years of my life I finally tasted THE best fries ever. So crispy, fully of flavor. Their sauces are perfectly paired for each type of fry. The three of us got a different burger each, and we could not complain. I had a difficult time choosing which one I wanted bc they all looked so good. Hands down the best burger joint in America.

Great burger spot in Downtown Denver City Center! I visited Illegal Burger with my significant other and we were both impressed. She had the Chicken Burger—crispy and delicious—while I had the special Kingpin Birria, which was juicy and full of flavor. We really enjoyed the burgers, the fries, and especially the sauce that came with the fries. The only thing we didn’t care for was a side sauce that tasted a bit like plain oil. Overall, it was a great experience with quality food and a chill vibe. Highly recommended if you’re in Downtown Denver!
