Salad was not a superfood; it was superBAD. Avacado was not ripe, the Quinoa was either undercooked or fried, blackbeans were canned. With all of the great restaurants in this area, my first visit here will be the last. Overpriced food and low quality.

Be prepared for significant delays in food preparation at Mendocino Farms. And they don’t inform you of this until after you have placed the order. I ordered lunch today. I have ordered from here before. While a little pricey, my food was great and ready very timely. So, I decided to order again today for pickup. I ordered at 11:50 am for pick up as soon as possible. There was no indication anywhere in the online process of when the order would be available so I assumed 15-20 minutes at most. Once I completely my checkout, I was then notified my order would not be available until 1:00 pm. So I called to confirm that was correct. They confirmed that was the correct time. I suggested it would be helpful for people if they knew there would be a significant delay for pickup prior to purchase. The person I spoke with didn’t seem to care too much. Don’t think I will be ordering from here very often. When I arrived to pick up my food, it was not ready at 1:00 pm. I waited ten minutes and finally asked. They found my ticket and my order had not been started. One staffer told me they were running 30 minutes behind. I ask to speak to a manager who proceeded to put together my order for two salads and pre-packaged pasta salad. I get to my car, check my order, and a side is missing. I go back to get my complete order. After an hour and a half I finally have my two salads and two pre-packaged sides.

I ordered lunch for my team and everyone loved it. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They are new to the area so they’re still working out some kinks, but I would definitely go back!
