Happy Lemon Edgewater

I got the Jasmine Milk Tea (70% sugar) and the oreo chocolate bubble waffle with Oreo dipping sauce. I was very impressed with the Jasmine milk tea along with the boba. I feel like Jasmine can be very easy to do wrong and it was great to have this experience. The boba was also very good. It wasn't over cooked and had a great texture. The bubble waffle was also good! It was very fluffy inside and we enjoyed it paired with the dipping sauce. We will definitely be back!

My daughter and I LOVE Happy Lemon! We go in a lot and everyone is very nice and the tea is really good. The Oreo waffle with puff cream is a hit! The passion fruit tea with strawberries has me in a chokehold currently.

Super convenient spot for a sweet treat after lunch or dinner. I love the variety of flavors and the freshness of the tea. I used to be a huge fan of KFT until I tried Happy Lemon. This is my goto spot for boba! Today I got the Large Jasmine Green Tea with salted cheese. No toppings. Wonderful waffles, nice and cute staff, clean lobby and overall great vibe! I will definitely be coming back.
