It was very quiet. Clean, and all of the staff were very friendly. I almost think the hotel has changed hands. I had nobody bother me the whole time there. The rooms I have stayed in were large with a small fridge and a microwave in the rooms. I enjoyed my stay there. It was close to everything to do in Denver.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Inn at the Highland. From the moment I arrived, the manager Angelique was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The location is perfect—just a short walk to downtown and all the major attractions.I can’t recommend this hotel enough—definitely a five-star experience!

This place was a dump! I was given my key, and the room was in the next building over, so I had to get in my truck and drive around the block to the back side of where the office is, I park go to the room. The room is DISGUSTINGLY! Burn marks in the floor, blood on the wall, bathroom is filthy, bed has yellow stained sheets, a booger on the pillow case, floor was disgusting and sticky. I grab my suite are, get in my truck drive back around to the office, I tell the lady I’m not staying and want my money back. She tells me I was in the room for more than 10 minutes and she doesn’t know what I did in there, so no refund. I get another room, in the main building! The elevator looked awful, and smelled awful. The room I got was even worse than the first. I checked out immediately, drove home 6 hours and just counted my losses! STAY AWAY FROM THIS “hotel”.

What a disappointment update the photos this looked like a run down shelter . The sheets were stained we requested sheets because they were filthy . There was blood on the luggage carrier when we came in no help with our bags looked to be very short staffed. When we came down to check out the 3 ladies at the counter ignored a line of guests . Saturday at 10am to 1030 Dec 6th. And be aware of your surroundings when speaking about guests in spanish you never know who speaks it . I speak spanish and understood and did not appreciate the comments I stood inline for at least 20 minutes I WILL NEVER BRING MY FAMILY HERE AGAIN . DOES NOT LOOK LIKE A SAFE AREA . NOT WORTH 100 A NIGHT . VERY GROSS
