Went with a friend to the food hall they are in. I was drawn to a chipotle chicken sandwich even though I felt like I should get a burger since it’s even in their name. Decent sandwich. Wish there had been more chipotle sauce on it though. Ok fries. Paid for the house made ranch. $0.75 got a tiny side of an oddly brown sauce. Tasted like it was half pickle juice. FYI I don’t like pickles! Friend liked his burger and liked the sauce I had bought. Surprise, surprise he loves pickles but agreed that it didn’t taste like ranch. Will be back to try burger next time. Rated service and atmosphere as average since order taker seemed bored and the food hall provided the atmosphere not the restaurant counter.

The girl that was working there yeah was very rude, I was holding my 1 year old babygirl and I went up to the counter just waiting for my order, when she asked me if I needed anything , I just told her im waiting for an order, she very rudely told me that "she already told my friends that it was going to take a couple more minutes" I didn't not like the way she responded back to me at all. I was in no rush at all either, I was there with my babygirl, I was going to respond back to her in the same tone but I was there holding my babygirl, I wish I didn't experience that with my babygirl or else I would have said or done something. I will never come back there unfortunately.

The KA fried chicken sandwich was so good. Fries were awesome as well. Food was 5/5. Gave 3/5 due to the attitude I received when I asked for the coleslaw on the side. I like and appreciate the taste both foods separately. I don’t need to be asked, “Are you even going to eat it if we put it on the side?” The sandwich comes with the coleslaw. Just put it in the side like I asked. Don’t need the snarkiness. I loved both.

OMG, You Have to Go to Knockabout Burgers! Seriously, stop what you're doing right now and add Knockabout Burgers (3200 N. Pecos Street in Denver) to your travel bucket list. This place is not just a burger joint; it's a culinary experience that absolutely blew my mind. I'm still trying to figure out how Chef Ricky and his team make simple comfort food taste this ridiculously good. The Grilled Cheese the best I have ever had. Okay, let me start with the star of the show that has ruined all other sandwiches for me: the Parmesan Crusted Grilled Cheese. I’m not exaggerating when I say this is the best grilled cheese we have ever had. It's got this magical, crunchy Parmesan shell on the outside that gives way to a perfect, molten blend of cheeses inside. It’s savory, it’s decadent, and honestly, I wanted to order a second one before I even finished the first. You cannot skip this! A Chicken Sandwich for the Ages And while they're called "Knockabout Burgers," do not sleep on the chicken. Their Chicken Sandwich is just so, so good. The chicken is perfectly cooked—super tender inside with that satisfying crunch on the outside. It’s seriously a top-tier sandwich that could hold its own against any of the famous chicken places out there. The Must-Have Side Quest Speaking of cannot skip: you must get the Garlic Parmesan Fries. These are not your average side of fries. They are perfectly crispy, tossed in a fragrant, savory mix of garlic and Parmesan that makes them completely addictive. They’re the kind of fries you keep reaching for until the basket is mysteriously empty. The Secret Weapon: Scratch-Made Sauces Here’s where Knockabout truly shines and shows they care about every single detail: all their sauces are made from scratch. You can instantly taste the difference. We tried a couple, but the absolute winner for us was the Honey Mustard. It was perfectly balanced—a little sweet, a little tangy, and just unbelievably creamy. It made the fries, the chicken, everything taste better! My Final Thoughts: Go immediately. Get the grilled cheese, the chicken sandwich, and those garlic parm fries. And definitely stock up on that phenomenal honey mustard. Trust me on this one—it’s a total knockout!
