Male employee was belligerently arguing politics and religion with a senior customer in her seventies. This was on 9/15/25 around 3:30pm. Multiple customers including our party walked in to browse during this time. None of us were acknowledged. Instead, we were all met with the most DISGUSTING display of unhinged behavior by an employee. This person should be advised to keep his personal sensitivities to himself. A retail store is not the forum. This was an unfortunate situation since many customers including our party left without purchases due to the inability to stomach the infantile interaction. Cute store, but with regards to your male employee, please do better!

I love this store! There is something for everyone, tons of unique gifts that have been carefully selected and displayed. The staff is fabulous too!

RACIST LADY yelled at my mom who was holding a chapstick not to open it, Just because my mom was speaking spanish. We came into the store around 2:50-3:10 pm on a tuesday. I told her she was just looking at them and she said oh it’s because kids open it. I don’t remember my mom looking like a kid for her to yell at her. since we entered the store she was watching my mom non stop. The other stores on pearl st were nice and welcoming except her from 5 green boxes. I advices my mom to put the lip gloss down we are not giving this store any service. such disgusting behavior.
