I love this place. It has the BEST gift ideas!! It is hard not to leave Confía Collective without something to get either for you, a friend or a loved one. I love coming here to get candles and ritual tools. They have tarot cards, spiritual books, crystals and more! Kerri, the owner and all her staff are so welcoming. I highly recommend you go to check this cute store out!

I had a good shopping experience here. Lots of options in a plethora of things. I liked the jewelry collection enough to pick up a new piece.

Racially biased trash business. I don’t appreciate being physically followed and watched like a hawk, and having someone physically block the exit because they assume I’m stealing. Sorry for being black and loving metaphysical products. First time in? Yes, and my last time. Support Herbs and Colfax or Elevated Metaphysical on Santa Fe instead. THEY don’t deliberately make black customers feel unwelcome. I only finished my purchase to make a point. I was fully prepared to spend 200 dollars on crystals today but I’ll be patronizing people who aren’t blinded by skin tone. You’d think a spiritually attuned business would understand that skin tone doesn’t dictate anything other than where your ancestors are from. Edit: I’m going to clarify some things since it seems the owner is trying to weasel out of accountability. Having a single black employee does not absolve you of racial profiling. Having a black employee does not mean that you don’t racially profile. I know what racial profiling is, I’ve experienced it before, witnessed it before, and she was not approaching me as a friend, she was trying to intimidate me because she assumed I was stealing. They DID NOT reach out after I called and informed them they were perpetuating racism. This was not a misunderstanding. This was someone’s racial bias affecting their business in real time. They do not welcome all identities, they are passive aggressive and suspicious of black customers. They physically block exits because they assume you are stealing due to having melanin. Don’t shop here for metaphysical anything if you’re darker than a paper bag I guess. Just because your racism isn’t the type where you yell slurs at me for walking in your store, doesn’t mean you’re not being racist. The assumption of poor character or low morals due to race, is racism. Assuming I’m stealing when I have my hands out, my sleeves rolled up, and a bag on my back is insane behavior. Physically blocking the exit when I have no suspicious behavior, and am holding the one product I want in my hand is insane behavior. Work on your racial biases. Or don’t. Your business is going to sink if you’re scaring customers away. Genuinely hope it does because your behavior and clear bias towards black people is abhorrent.
