Chic but not overly pretentious, this is a new favorite in the Denver scene. My favorite dish was the deviled eggs with tuna tartare. So delicious! Wine list is exceptional as well, but don’t forget about dessert; authentic basque cheesecake in the Rockies. Bravo, Theo! Another great restaurant to the growing Colorado food scene.

Heretik knocked it out of the park with incredibly flavorful bites, a dynamic handpicked variety of unique wines and an ambiance unlike anything else in Denver. A must experience. They accommodated my dairy allergy without issue - tons of dairy free options. The salad was bonkers amazing, wine ans cider selection was wild unique and the deviled eggs with tartare a must have. Thrilled to have you in Denver!!!!!

Food, service, and wine were 10/10. Celeriac, chicken, and basque cheesecake were the highlights. I can’t wait to come back! Edit: 1st visit was 10/10. Second visit was 100/10. Y’all kill it!

What a much appreciated addition to the neighborhood! Heretik is tucked away perfectly, offering an intimate yet elevated space that feels like walking into one of the famous San Sebastián pinxto bars. The food was phenomenal across the board. The shrimp cocktail features absolutely huge, fresh shrimp. We also loved the small bites— the deviled eggs are delicious (and not so small!), and the matrimonio packed a serious punch of flavor. Both chicken dishes, the stuffed wings and the rotisserie chicken, were cooked perfectly. The wine list is curated but incredible with of course some txakoli, cider, some really interesting macerated options. Can’t wait to come back to try the rest of the menu!
