Ma’s Kitchen Dim Sum & Bar

Great spot for Singaporean and Fujian cuisine! The dishes were high quality, authentic, and incredibly tasty, and the prices were very reasonable for what you get. I also had a chance to chat with the owner, who was extremely friendly and clearly very professional with many years of experience in the kitchen. You can really tell there’s a lot of skill and care behind the food. Definitely a place I’d happily come back to.

This place is legit! Best twice cooked pork bun I’ve ever had. The dough was so good. All the food was amazing. I loved the eggplant dish, the soup dumplings and especially the scallion pancakes. Incredibly authentic and Allen and Alisha were so welcoming with wonderful service. I can’t want to come back over and over and over again.

The new Ma’s Kitchen Dim Sun & Bar on the corner of Colfax and York is AMAZING! The scallion pancake, pork chive spring rolls and soup dumplings and green beans were my favorite! But the sizzling noodles with short ribs were incredible also! Everything was great and our server Austin was the BEST! Loved him! Highly recommend popping into this new space and trying EVERYTHING! You cannot go wrong!

We loved Ma’s kitchen! The service was fast even though it was quite busy. Our waitress was very attentive and kind. They have to most delicious food. We ordered 2 drinks, the Sake75 & the Dragons Breath. I am not a wine drinker, but LOVED the Sake75. It was light and such a tasty drink. For food we had garlic chicken dim sum (pic included), the eggplant (pic included), pork fried buns (our favorite!😍), and a dumpling sampler! All was great and we had no complaints. I wasn’t sure if I would like the eggplants, as I don’t usually like them, but the flavor was 👌 SO GOOD! We left with very happy and full stomach’s! We will be back for sure.
