My friend and I went to Safta for their Valentine’s Day buffet brunch, and it was outstanding. The spread featured a wide variety of Israeli dishes, and every dip we tried was packed with flavor. The in-house pita was soft, warm, and incredibly satisfying. The focaccia was just as impressive. Honestly, all of their breads were exceptional. Service matched the quality of the food. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, promptly clearing plates and keeping our water glasses filled. Their Cortado coffee was smooth and well-balanced too. Overall, it was absolutely worth it. I’d happily go back again.

Honestly, probably the best food I’ve had in Denver! Could’ve kept eating that fresh pita all night. In fact if anything, I think we filled up too much on the bread and dips…but the entrees were also fantastic. The whipped feta and hummus were standouts, along with the super moist harissa chicken! The cocktails were also really unique takes on classics and were delicious. A bit on the pricey side, but worth it for the quality! Definitely recommend checking this place out and definitely book a resy - it was nearly at capacity on a Tuesday.

As absolute foodies, Safta has been on our list for a while. We have monitored over the years but never made the time to go. Recently we saw the reviews being a bit critical or non-sensical. At this point we decided to just try it and we were not disappointed. We ordered a combination of 7 dishes overall and yes it was a random Thursday, but the kitchen timed coursing perfectly for everything. Our server Duncan really made the experience for us. Attentive and proactive in our needs, great suggestions to maximize how we paired our meal, and overall just a fun person to have as a server! Really they made the experience and the food was the cherry on top. I did not book as a birthday but I did mention it was in fact my Fiancé’s birthday and Duncan had small touches to make her feel special on her special day. Everything tasted spectacular from the NA mocktails/soda to all of the small shared plates and main entrees. I think the star for us was their Persian rice, what an absolute playground of flavors. If you’re open to new flavors, you can’t really go wrong with anything in my humble opinion.

I’d give 4.5 stars if I could. TLDR it’s a bit overpriced but the food is excellent. The pita is perfect, the servers are super friendly, the space is beautiful, and super fun to order a lot of the different dishes to share! Must tries are the lamb hummus, mushroom hummus, muhammara, and the Bulgarian lamb meatballs. Skip the babaganoush and the Persian rice, they were pretty mid. We had 3 different cocktails and all were amazing, but very very pricey.
