Absolutely loved it and have already been twice. The Gigli pasta so delicious, and the date cake was a really unique flavor experience. The "Here Today" cocktail with orange foam was delightful.

1) had no idea it was a vegan restaurant but makes sense given the taste and consistency of some creamier dishes 2) we still had a wonderful girls dinner on Saturday evening and everything we ordered was really good! Will be back. Slightly suppressing that this place is vegan might have backfired a bit for some. Especially if restaurant goers are expecting traditional Italian with dairy and meat. We ordered the focaccia, olives, and Arancini. The olive dish and focaccia was a standout for me. For the pastas, we ordered and shared the tortellini, rigatoni, and gnocchi. The rigatoni was delicious and love love loveeeeed the pistachio pesto! What a wonderful addition to the Denver restaurant scene. It was very lively And similar to other reviews, there are a lot of tables, but not to the point of where I felt like I was sitting on someone else’s lap. It’s a total vibe and great for a girls dinner out!

Very happy to have Soda Club now open in Denver. The food, staff and atmosphere were amazing. There were so many delicious and flavorful plant based choices on the menu, I almost could not decide what to eat. Will definitely return soon.
