Sam and her team truly know what they’re doing. Sam is one of the most amazing people I’ve met in Denver incredibly kind, talented, and she has the most impressive green thumb. The space feels alive and intentional, They even make their own tofu, which is something so rare to find in the U.S., and it really elevates the whole experience. Everything feels thoughtful, fresh, and genuinely special. Highly recommend it’s an incredible experience from start to finish.

Such a great addition to Denver! Samantha and Elliot care so deeply about food and food systems and you can taste it. The katsu is really really good. Vibes are high! Everything can be made vegan and some can be gluten free. Prices are super reasonable for the quality!

Don’t be fooled by other reviews, the house made tofu is mediocre at best. The photos online make it look much better. In reality, it was 0.5cm thick and extra firm/dry. The dishes are expensive for the size and mediocre. Pretty disappointed with another of Denver’s restaurants. The vibe inside is great and drinks were great too.

The house made tofu, I keep talking about it, dreaming about it, and eating it. The tofu katsu is a warm belly hug! The love poured into this hyper local kitchen and food has its own flavor profile, of just that, love. You can taste the passion, and I think denver has lost this art in some ways. Wander to the back and you'll find the chef counter and corner- it's cozy and welcoming. I'm so stoked the neighborhood has this little gem tucked inside of pigeon!
