The quesadillas were so good. The rice smelled strange but it was great also. I’ll be ordering from this restaurant a lot more

not sure if they got a new chef or what but i’ve been coming here for a while and the last few times my quesabirria hasn’t been cooked in birria and isn’t crispy. used to be the best quesabirria in town

We ordered from El Consome De Morelos through DoorDash and were a little hesitant at first. Holy guacamole, these guys can cook. The Quesabirrias are hands down the best I've had in Denver. The flavor, the broth, everything was on point. We will absolutely be ordering again... and the salsa, absolutely deliciousness. Will post pictures later when I order again.
