We had a wonderful stay at the Magnolia Hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a great downtown location, but what truly stood out was the staff. A special mention to Samantha at the front desk she was the nicest, sweetest, and most genuinely helpful person we interacted with during our stay. From the moment we checked in, she made us feel so welcome. She was patient, kind, and went out of her way to help us with everything we needed, always with a warm smile. Her positive energy honestly made our experience so much better. The hotel itself is cozy and well maintained, and the little touches like the evening cookies and milk are such a nice bonus after a long day. Overall, a great stay made even better by exceptional service.

Very accomidating staff. We went for a small business gathering and stayed for a week. The location is great as it was within walking distance to several fun things to do. The staff was amazing. I am in a wheelchair they greeted my at the curb took care of all my luggage made sure I had an ADA room with a wonderful bathtub that was super easy to get in and out of (I do not have the use of the lower half of my body) the front desk lady asked when I needed to head back to the airport so they could come get my luggage. They catered breakfast and lunch for us each day the food was better than expected.

Excellent location for the newly opened and updated 16th Street (Mall). Warm and welcoming staff and quick check-in. We stayed in a fireplace suite and it was large and spacious although missing some bottom trim boards around the base of the kitchen area which is why I gave the four star review - easily resolved and would remove the eye sore spot. Otherwise the room was fine. Plenty of in-hotel restaurant options as well as numerous restaurants within walking distance. We took our dog and she was both welcomed and provided with 2 clean bowls for our visit. Quiet and comfortable in the heart of Denver - what could be better? (Oh, get the 8 pm cookies in the lobby - yummy!)

First the good! This is a well maintained, old historic building style hotel. The’ve done a good job with maintenance and regular cleaning. There is a decent bar, restaurant and coffee shop on premise and you can walk to over 100 restaurants within 15 minutes. It’s a GREAT location! The finishes in the rooms are a bit like what modern furniture looked like in 1970. Very comfortable and well built but a unique style. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. We were in a suite of 700 sq ft and it was well appointed. The service issue we experienced was what turned us off. We were scheduled for service for each morning of our 3 night stay. The first morning our room was serviced but they did not leave a back-up roll of toilet paper. The second morning we did not receive service which left us with no towels and no toilet paper. I let the front desk know as we were headed out to lunch and came back at 3pm to an unserviced room. I called the front desk for towels and TP and 90 mins later there was still no TP or towels. I called again to the front desk and after another 60 mins finally got our supplies. So, great location, decent facilities but poor customer care.
