I’ve had a great experience at Park17 Apartments. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the apartments are comfortable and modern. Management has been professional and responsive whenever I’ve needed anything, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. The location is convenient and makes getting around easy. Overall, Park17 is a great place to live and I would definitely recommend it.

We love our home here at Park 17! The staff is so friendly and we have a great sense of community! Everyone seems to get along and respect each other...for the most part! We will definitely be renewing our lease! The manager Jeffrey really seems to care about the building and each person who lives here! I would recommend moving here!

Wanted to get on here and say that with recent management changes here, it has been great! Ross is the new manager and has gone above and beyond for us. Went to leave the house on Valentine’s Day and had a letter waiting for me. The small things do go a long way. Keep on doing great!
