Einstein Bros. Bagels

Words cannot describe of how much of an amazing experience I had here. Thank you Stephanie and Aaliyah for providing great customer service and awesome personalities. I appreciate everything you two did today, thank you again. Satisfied with the food and the drinks :)

I recently ordered from this place, noticed there was no one at the register even though there were many people 2 people making Bagels, 1 making coffees, and another guy roaming around. Later while trying to pick my order, they hadn’t mentioned whose order it is, they are just placing the order on the other side of the table with no name written on the bag nor there is no order receipt placed under the bag which gives no clarity on whose order it is. May be they are still learning as the store opened recently or may be thats how they work don’t know. Never faced such issues at any other franchise. They dont answer much even when asked, they just murmur and roll their eyes.

Ehram and William are great employees working hard to give customers the best experience possible, along with the manager with red hair (sorry I didn’t catch your name) and the rest of the staff. The bagels are amazing and fresh, and the atmosphere is so clean and open. I live down the street and I will be a regular here!

I was here for the grand opening and it was so fun! They gave us so much free stuff and the staff is so friendly!
