Wapos Cantina Tennyson Street

A new gem of a restaurant on Tennyson! Tonight was our first visit here, and I have added it to my list of favorites in this area. The fish tacos are insanely wonderful. We chatted with another couple seated nearby who love this place as much as we do. You can have intimate seating for two, or bring a group and sit at the table in the middle. Put this on your list of restaurants to visit!

Great margaritas (freshly mixed) and at a great price too. The burrito and queso fundido were delicious. Hope this place is here to stay, and can’t wait to have margs on the patio this summer!

Extremely good food, everything my group ordered was great. Meats perfectly seasoned and cooked.

Finally a great Mexican restaurant / bar on Tennyson st . Terry was our server and he did an amazing job explaining happy hour ect. The food looked and tastes great . I had nachos and my husband a steak burrito. Let’s start supporting good food instead of overpriced places called “fork” or “leaf” . Get it together north Denver ! Hope this place is here to stay!
