AMAZING hotel in the heart of one of Denver’s best, most walkable neighborhoods (right on Tennyson Street). You can literally see dozens of restaurants, shops, bars, etc. from this place. And the rooftop is also incredible. Amenities are great, super modern and clean. Also touchless check in process which is very fast. I’ve had countless family and friends stay here and they all love it too.

What a beautiful place. So much visual pleasure in the architecture and style. We really enjoyed the design details, comfort, cleanliness, the ease of it all, feeling like home. Nice to have on site parking and seamless access, also super responsive & easy communication w/ hotelier. Loved the rooftop patio, being right on the park. Walked to get a bottle of wine just down the street then enjoyed the view and fire pit. Lovey sunset, lovely stay! Comfortable, elegant, quiet and calm despite being surrounded by many festive bars/restaurants & the cutest boutique/artisan/second hand shops. Highly recommend Bakery Four downstairs. Highly rec the Berkeley ❤️!

Great apartment/hotel rental with lots of thoughtful extra touches to ensure our stay was wonderful. We appreciated the laundry pods, Keurig, fully stocked kitchen with all the pots, pans, utensils, plates, etc. It was in a great location and the private parking garage was great. We would definitely recommend.

I thought I found a new great hotel to book my biweekly business trips to Denver at. Unfortunately, they are rigid and apparently unwilling to go to any effort to have actual human, normal interactions. If you like doing business with a robot this is your place though, enjoy.
Why Stay in Berkeley
Tennyson Street is one of the most walkable strips in Denver — independent coffee shops, galleries, and restaurants that have been here for years alongside genuinely good newcomers.
