Blackbelly Market & Restaurant

Blackbelly is a solid spot for a mix of breakfast and lunch. The wagyu Italian beef dip was tender and flavorful, and the dip came out nice and hot. I also tried the vegetarian banh mi, and the sweet potato falafel was fantastic. Even the ham and brie stood out, and all their bread has that perfect soft inside and crunchy crust. The breakfast burrito was good, but the green chile made it a bit watery, so I’ll definitely get that on the side next time. We loved it and will be back soon.

Damn good sandwiches. Best on Tennyson, although I know Eloise is popular it is not as good unless you are a huge fan of Texas toast and it is more expensive . Have tried twice and will probably keep going back until we get through the whole menu. Sorry my pictures kinda suck.

I come from New Mexico, home of the breakfast burrito, where it reigns supreme as the beloved breakfast of all. Since moving to Denver years ago, I’ve explored countless breakfast burritos and found some acceptable options, but nothing ticked all the boxes… until I found Blackbelly Market. Hatch Green Chile ✔️ Fresh eggs ✔️ Quality tortillas ✔️ Perfect, glorious, hefty portion ✔️ Crispy potatoes (well, tots, in this case) ✔️ I’m so glad I’ve found my go-to breakfast burrito spot at long last! Plus the people are dope. Good food + good people = all ya need, babe.

Had the harvest ham and brie sandwich. Perfect. No notes. Will be back to try the steak frites.
