The hotel was overall very clean, although in some places there were a lot of dust (under beds which we had to retrieve toys thrown underneath). The communication is great if you call. Management team were polite and friendly. We sent a couple of messages which we never got a response and when I called they said they never got the message. I had called to ask if there was a freezer compartment in the mini fridge because travelling with young kids I wanted to bring ice packs and cooler for the hot weather. I was told there was a freezer compartment but when I got there, there wasn’t one. Not a huge deal if I hadn’t called ahead to ask. Just wouldn’t have packed cooler and ice packs if I had known. A few items were missing from the kitchen. It looked like sets of 4 but but I felt things were broken in the past and never got replaced. We only had 2 mugs, 3 small plates and 4 of the other things. We were a group of 4 so had to work around. Now for the good stuff. Great location! There are lots of restaurants around and everything we tried was great! The checking in procedure was super easy. Everything was combination keypads so it was convenient not to fumble around with keys. The kitchen had a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and micro wave. There is air conditioning in every room and also a tv. The blinds were dark enough to make the room dark (not black out) but was good enough for our kids to take afternoon naps. Would highly recommend!

I stayed at the Asher for a week while visiting Denver and loved my experience! The check-in/check-out process was a breeze. All of the finishes, furniture, appliances are brand new and very well maintained. The place was squeaky clean and the beds were notably comfortable. There was nothing the Asher didn't have...the owners have obviously put a lot of thought and work into it. Not to mention, the location is top notch. Boutique shopping, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, a great public park - all within a couple of blocks. I'd highly recommend it to those traveling alone, with a loved one, or even with children!

A unique 5 room boutique hotel in a great neighborhood. I am looking forward to the new restaurant to open up on the new third floor. It's called Hey Kiddo. It also has a roof top deck. The restaurant will open up after the 17th of January.

I wish I could post screenshots of the extremely unprofessional communications I received from this place after we issued a very genuine complaint about our stay. They dramatically overcharged us after a booking error on their website that they admit was their fault and then reneged on a verbal commitment to refund us for their error. They didn’t even realize we were staying in the Hotel! Finally after about 18 hours Airbnb got ahold of them and got them to get them to fix the A/C issue we’d been having.
