Great experience with Berkeley Supply Co. Eli runs a tight ship. Communication was quick and straightforward, and the online ordering process was simple and seamless. You can tell he actually cares about the customer experience and stands behind what he sells. Solid shop, solid service. I’ll definitely be buying from him again.

I ordered two pair of boots from Berkeley supply. When they arrived, there was an issue with one of them, a pair of factory seconds Red Wing 9423 Beckmans (Black Excalibur). In the 9423 box was a pair of 9419 Beckmans (Black Cherry Excalibur). I was worried that I would not be able to return them since the site states there are no returns, exchanges, or refunds on factory seconds. I emailed them and Eli quickly got back with me. He stated that this switch up had never happened before and must have been an issue from Red Wing. In the end, he covered the cost for return shipping, the box FedEx required me to purchase, and issued a refund for the original purchase price of the 9423s. Eli and his crew were great throughout the whole process. I ended up going back to them and bought two more pairs of boots and look forward to their arrival.

Just wanted to come here and give a shout out to Eli. He was super helpful from the moment I walked in the doors. Gave me a bunch of great recommendations and answered all my questions. Happy to say I walked out with one of the best pair pants I’ve owned in a long time! Highlight recommend.

To say I am obsessed with the store would be putting it mildly. Once you start shopping here, it’s real hard to stop. Great quality items, variety and styles are always changing, Sash and Ell are fantastic people. I’ve changed so much of my wardrobe after being introduced to some of the brands carried at BS. Eli has created a cult like following for good reason.
