How this is written: we run the full set of recent Google reviews through AI to pull out what guests consistently say — including the complaints, which is why there's a downsides list rather than only the good bits. It's rewritten as new reviews come in, so it describes the hotel as it is now, not as it was whenever someone last got round to writing a paragraph about it. Read the reviews yourself on Google Maps.

Amazing place. Was so much fun to play and observe all the kitties. When I went today, they had about 20. Some had recently come in. It is very clear the staff is super passionate about cats and love and have knowledge about all of them.

It was amazing! The woman at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and clearly is very passionate about the cats! And the cats, of course, were wonderful! I played with Dove for quite a while. She’s shy but a total sweetheart so if you visit and she’s still available, please show her some patience and love. And Furb was the friendliest and most extroverted cat there so should be adopted in no time!

We love supporting any organization that gives back to shelters and the efforts to adopt the cats and kittens. We visited on a weekend so it was a bit busy. Some cats slept while others hid…LOL! But there were still plenty of cats to interact with during our visit. Remember that these are real pets and we don’t know their story so do bring patience. They have an assortment of board games too. We passed the time playing a card game while the cats ran about. If you bring children, please keep a close watch. The kids mean well but at times they would scare the cats away. (Not on purpose, they were just a bit too assertive with the petting) Overall we absolutely enjoyed our time and cat wait to return!

Such a dope concept! I heard about this place on instagram, and took my way here! I was there for almost 2 hours! From the great vibes from the staff, the people coming , to the cats, find $15 and go check this place out! If you have kids, you’ll keep them entertained for a bit! They have so many cats with great positive vibes! If I lived there, I would’ve taken two cats…although I would never say which ones…. (Puma and Jon Jones). If you’re traveling and you’re in downtown Denver, and you love cats….take some time to go check it out. I apologize for not remembering the names form the ladies who worked while I was there, but they were so incredibly generous. From just cats questions, to things about the store, and their process, they were so happy and helpful. You can tell they seriously enjoy that job. Maybe way too much! No judgment!! I’d be the same way!! 🤟🏽🤟🏽
