Natural Grocers

Not only do I LOVE natural grocers, but I also love the staff! The past few times I have gone in, I have been lucky enough to have Kaitlyn help me out with choosing some new items. She was soooo knowledgeable and super patient with me as I asked all my questions, and she has been all smiles and extremely kind each time I have visited this location. Thank you again Kaitlyn and thank you Natural Grocers! ❤️

I visited this location specifically looking for an immune-boosting supplement or herb to aid in recovery after a recent sickness. A staff member, Noah, was called over to assist me with product suggestions. Unfortunately, Noah was entirely unhelpful. He responded by saying they 'aren't allowed to prescribe anything,' which I was not asking for. My expectation was for an employee, especially one consulted by a cashier, to be knowledgeable enough to recommend several products the store sells that are labeled or commonly used for immune system support. On an already frustrating day, this lack of basic product knowledge and willingness to assist was deeply disappointing. I hope staff can be better trained in suggesting non-prescription, over-the-counter options.

The people who work here are never friendly to me, when I come here I say please and thank you and I'm very friendly but when I walk in the employees give me side eye and act like I'm just some sort of monster walking when I come in, I feel very othered, for a place like Tennyson with all these liberal people you would think they wouldn't be so shitty to a nice brown skinned guy they are always saying they stand united with but when a real brown guy walks in I feel like I'm unwanted in the store, wish I didn't have to experience this, I probably will stop shopping at this location, very disappointed in the employees customer service especially the Asian lady but the other ladies too
