I had a great experience here, and the atmosphere of the entire place deserves recognition. From the moment you walk in, the environment feels welcoming, relaxed, and well run. The staff overall are friendly, attentive, and clearly take pride in creating a good experience for their guests. It’s the kind of place where you can easily spend a few hours enjoying good drinks and a comfortable vibe. That said, one person truly stood out and elevated the whole experience — Melanie behind the bar. Melanie is exactly the kind of bartender every great establishment hopes to have. She is incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive without ever making things feel rushed. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, and that energy carries over to everyone sitting at the bar. She manages the space effortlessly, remembers details, keeps conversations flowing, and somehow makes every guest feel acknowledged. Her drink recommendations were excellent, the cocktails were perfectly made, and the service was consistently on point even when things got busy. It’s rare to see someone balance speed, quality, and personality so well. People like Melanie make a place memorable and give you a reason to come back. The venue itself is great, but Melanie is the kind of bartender who turns a good night out into a standout experience. I’ll definitely be back — and I’ll be hoping Melanie is behind the bar again.

Crysta our VIP bartender is absolutely the best. She always takes great care of everyone! We have an awesome experience every time. She keeps everyone topped off and the atmosphere is always first class. VIP with her is second to none!

Wowza this place is the bees knees 😍 I will definitely be coming back for the gorgeous waitress named Payton! She took such amazing care of us and mentioned the deal they have going on from 6pm to 8 for $150 dollar bottles! Just amazing!!

Payton was the most welcoming host at Scarlett’s. She immediately greeted me and my friends and made us all feel comfortable. My friends were a little hesitant at first but Payton made us feel like we belonged there! I highly recommend visiting Scarlett’s after receiving the highest level of customer service! 10 Stars!!
