They have amazing cooked food choices that can fit all nutritional needs — everything looks fresh, balanced, and made with care. They even have a microwave available if you want to warm up your food, which is super convenient! The white blonde lady who helped me was incredibly kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. She took her time to ask me questions, understand my goals, and then gave me thoughtful, personalized nutrition advice. She really put time and effort into helping me, walking me through the InBody machine, explaining my body measurements in detail, and providing fantastic guidance tailored to my needs. Her feedback was so helpful and motivating, and she didn’t even charge me for the session! Sadly, I didn’t get her name, but she truly went above and beyond. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had — thank you so much for your kindness, effort, and professionalism!

My husband and I have been getting MyFitFoods for about a month and mostly love it. We have more energy and we’ve been snacking a lot less throughout the day because of the high protein meals. Couple notes that could help bring our review to a 5: first, as someone else has said, the staff is pretty invasive and while they seem knowledgeable and have been helpful when we’ve had questions, we feel like we’re being babysat. This includes a young woman standing over me while I did the inBody scan, grabbing my results from the printer and looking at them before giving them to me. We’ve been using these machines for years and know how they work, including multiple times at this store. That felt wildly inappropriate. Second, we wish there were more gluten free and dairy free options. Finally, many of the meals are pretty high in fat given the FitQuiz which recommended I only have 41g of fat per day. I wish there were more lean cuts available. Overall, great company and we’ll continue to get food from here, but would be helpful if the staff would simmer down.

Huge thanks to MyFitFoods for the help and show of support for my brother. My brother has recently had a major organ transplant and has experienced some complications during recovery. Not only have they helped tremendously with a number of meals, but they have also reached out personally to check on him and his road to recovery. I cant put into words how much we appreciate the help and most importantly show of support during this major obstacle in my brother's life. It is amazing to know there are still people out there with big hearts willing to help those who may need it. May God bless you all 🙏

I truly love the food and the concept. Clean food on the go is really something I have gotten behind and have been a loyal fan of this place for years. However, the customer service needs work. It truly feels daunting when I go weekly just to pick up some groceries/my meals for the week and am met with non-stop small talk from the employees. I get if this was a new customer because they would like that level of support, but I feel like for most reoccurring customers this is not great. My feedback would be to simply ask “first time in” when the person responds no, just leave them be! Otherwise keep doing what you are doing and making the food high quality for all us to enjoy!
