They routinely underfill delivery orders to the point that I think it’s part of their business model to rip people off. It’s not just a case of “boo the Big Mac looks more appealing in the photo.” No it’s legit just scraps of toppings. I took a photo of what my salad looked like when I first opened it and what it looked like spreading the sweet potatoes out a little to try to illustrate just how little they give you. Compare it to the photo they advertise.

LITERALLY A FULL BEETLE IN MY BOWL. I actually just crunched a straight up full beetle while eating my bowl. I was already surprised by the undercooked sweet potatoes and the unusually large cucumber pieces but A BEETLE!? I DID NOT ORDER A BEETLE.

I am leaving this feedback to document a procedural issue and to encourage clearer staff training. I arrived solely to collect a DoorDash order around 12:15PM. I interacted directly with the cashier and, at his request, confirmed the order on my phone. Once an order is confirmed, that confirmation is immediately visible to staff through the in store platform. The food was then handed to me, completing the exchange. As I was already leaving, I was called back and asked to demonstrate confirmation again. At that point, all required steps had already occurred. The platform showed confirmation, and the order had been released. Requesting further proof after that stage serves no operational purpose and reflects either uncertainty about the system or inconsistent application of procedure. It should not be placed on the delivery worker or customer. This inconsistency is further highlighted by the store’s layout, which includes a wall of unattended pickup orders, while a completed, staff mediated handoff was subjected to additional scrutiny. For clarity, I do delivery work occasionally during lunch hours because I enjoy it and take it seriously. I was not dining myself. The issue here was not compliance but redundancy. Delivery workers are part of the service operation and should be treated with the same professionalism expected of any internal process. A well run location understands its platform, verifies once, communicates clearly, and allows people to leave without embarrassment. I trust management will review this as a training and workflow matter.
