What do I like about Cherry Creek North? They host cool events like Cherry Creek Holiday Market, Saturday Night Lights, Top of the Top, Cherry Arts Festival. They have a ton of small local businesses like Kian Rugs, Die Die Must Try, Heaven Creamery and Garbarini. They have engaged retailers and community members. They're really proactive when it comes to safety. Plus, they're always providing educational and promotional opportunities for their in-district tenants.

Very nice area full of high quality stores. There is plenty of parking both in garages and street parking. All the stores are easy to access and well organized. It's a great area for window shopping or good dining.

I regret to say that my recent experience at NORTH Cherry Creek left much to be desired. Upon arrival, my party and I were hopeful despite a moderate wait for a table. Little did we know, the real disappointment was yet to come. After being seated, we waited an agonizing 38 minutes for our food to arrive. To add insult to injury, every table seated after us seemed to receive their orders promptly within 15 minutes. When the manager came over he said our food was being plated and we waited another additional 7 min. now the wait was 45 min for our food. His response when he finaly brough over the food was utterly underwhelming. Instead of addressing our concerns or offering any form of compensation, all we received was a half-hearted apology. The excuse? "We were hit hard all at once, very sorry." That was it. No effort to make things right, no attempt to salvage the experience. but the worst was yet to come when our pizza finally arrived: it was cold. The cheese barely melted, and the crust had lost its warmth. The Italian sandwich was made incorrectly and our server who has only worked 2 days felt horrible and unsupported by the management. It's disappointing when a restaurant fails on so many levels: poor service, cold food, and a complete lack of customer care. When patrons spend their hard-earned money, they rightfully expect more than excuses. Sadly, NORTH Cherry Creek fell short of even the most basic expectations. In conclusion, based on my recent visit, I cannot recommend NORTH Cherry Creek to anyone seeking a pleasant dining experience. Until they prioritize customer satisfaction and improve their service standards, I will be taking my dining dollars elsewhere.
