Things to Know
Life Time offers excellent amenities like an outdoor heated pool, spa services, and quality classes, but the high $300/month price tag doesn't consistently deliver on facility maintenance and crowd management.

Simply not worth it. The staff is very nice and friendly. The expectation the price dictates is not met by the club overall. There are way too many members for the gym to feel comfortable. And it feels like many of the members are retired and live in the locker room. The sauna is generally full. I have to wipe down my locker every time I come here, because it always has hair and dirt inside. Shower pressure is hit or miss. Some of them are fine, but others have no pressure and showering is a frustrating experience. At this point, I don't even bother planning to use the locker room/sauna/shower, and I just want to complete my workout and leave as quickly as possible. Overall, I can't recommend this gym and I hope an alternative opens

Over all this is not a bad gym. Its just way overpriced for what you get. For $300 per month this place should have hyperbaric chambers for everyone to use. If you go between 5-7pm its a madhouse and you might as well be going to planet fitness. I heard other locations are soo much better the comparison is day and night but I live in East Denver and the commute is just not worth it to not be able to do what you need because its too busy. They do have some amazing personal trainers and i highly recommend them.

This gym has a lot of equipment but management is poor. Most notably, basic equipment is maintained at a level you would expect in a neighborhood rec center ... not a gym where memberships go for $300. Medicine balls, stretching mats and other basic equipment is old and worn. Pet peeve ... their cafe charges.more than the display menu shows. The most basic protein shake is 11.99, not 10.99 as shown on the board. When pointed out, the employee shrugged. Not his fault, rather I blame the absence of management. RESPONSE TO MGT REAPONSE .... Incorrect. I was careful to see that the bill was for 11.99 and that taxes were added on top of that.

I have been a member at this location since July of 2022 and I have zero plans of cancelling my membership anytime soon. I absolutely love all the staff at LifeTime. Every time I walk in I am recognized by the front desk staff and welcomed into the club. The membership experience is unmatched at this location, including everyone working behind the scenes here. (Honorable mention: Aerie at the front desk, Caleb, and Krissy at the spa). I joined because they have a year round outdoor heated pool and hot tub that only closes when the temps drop too low or there is a lot of snow in the forecast. Since joining I have discovered that I really enjoy the classes they offer, from yoga to cycling to their versions of classes I have taken at F45 and CrossFit (Alpha). I often will bring my laptop and work remotely in the lounge area. The food in the cafe is delicious, fresh, and nutritious. I have spent way too much on the yummy protein shakes here haha. My favorite new discovery at this location was the spa! They do nails, massages, and facials here! (Pro tip: if you want to visit the club for the day, book a spa appt! You don’t have to be a member). When my mom and brother visited me in Denver recently I treated them to facials and pedicures in the spa. They really enjoyed it. TLDR Pros: Outdoor heated pool and hot tub, great classes, professional membership team, incredible spa! Cons: Could be a bit cleaner, especially on the weekends. Wish there was more parking during busier hours but I will survive.
