Resolute Brewing Company

Excellent beer. Great Hazy IPA's, super friendly staff and it was hopping tonight. You know it's good when it's hard to find parking.

Came here for Cousins Lobster, which was delicious! Tried some beer while we were here. Wish there were more selections that are less citrus-fruity IPA's and more hoppy IPA's. Overall, the atmosphere is spacious with a decent amount of tables, clean and not too loud. Staff is friendly and attentive. Dog friendly. Has indoor and outdoor seating. Not too far off I-25 and Dry Creek.

Came here on 4th of July. When I travel, I like to try to hit up at least one brewery and Yelp lead us here. They didn’t have the food trucks that were referenced in many of the reviews (likely due to holiday weekend), but they allowed us to bring food in, so we DoorDashed some tacos. The beer is really good here. Usually, the hubby and I will do a flight, then each pick a beer to have as a full glass, but their selections were really good so we did two 6-beer flights. I was tempted to get a glass as well, but we had a 5pm bbq to attend. This place is big with lots of seating options inside and out. Staff were friendly. I would definitely come back again.

Resolute is legit! I had a six beer flight and enjoyed all of them. I think the Subsonic Script (hazy IPA) won since I decided to get a full glass of it afterwards. Inside was bright and cheery, though noise was a little tinny. Enjoyed my beers and business was brisk but not overwhelming on this cloudy/rainy afternoon. There’s also outside seating that’s super cute. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food truck had very good nachos that I ended up ordering. 🍻
