Carboy Winery Littleton

Visited on a Saturday right before sunset - we were able to walk in and wait for a table around 20 minutes. During that time we were treated to a glass of champagne and took pictures outside of the winery to capture the sunset. The staff was accommodating with getting us a nice table on the enclosed patio area. We opted to do the $20 tasting (5 different wines) with some appetizers. We truly enjoyed the bruschetta. The tasting service was a little slower but the winery was very busy so we had a great time just enjoying each others company. As we were celebrating bachelorette we were actually anonymously treated for our bill by a guest which was a beautiful surprise. I would definitely visit again! There is a free parking lot.

Another great experience at Carboy winery tonight. They were super busy, but we managed to find a couple of seats at the bar. And despite a packed house, Lex, Gabby, Wes and Jack took excellent care of us! Terrific selection of wines and delicious small plates and apps. Trust me fellas, always a great date night spot.

We loved every minute of our wine tasting with Neda! She gave us the perfect balance of wine background and fun. We will absolutely be back for another tasting because the wine was surprising and exceptionally delightful!!

We discovered Carboy in Palisade and loved it! The wine was great, the atmosphere lovely and the vibe was fun… we joined the club and now LOVE going to the Denver location to enjoy a glass of wine (or a flight) and food from their fabulous menu choices. The service is always top! Our last experience was with Autumn… she had great suggestions and we loved the seared ahi tuna bowl entree. The servers are always friendly and welcoming! We’ll be back!
