We had a great 3 day stay! We visited Denver for a wedding and stayed here. We got the mountain view which had a beautiful sunset. The location was perfect. The shopping mall and plenty of eatery in the vicinity. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Angie was awesome checking us in. She made us feel at home. The most memorable part of our stay was when we thought we lost some sentimental jewelry in the trash. I went to the front desk to ask about the trash pick up so we can search for the jewelry. Billash, at the front desk, offered to search for us. We had an itinerary to keep so we had to leave. Upon returning I checked in with Billash but no luck finding the jewelry. Long story short,we found the jewelry. The fact that the staff would go above and beyond to help their guest is not something we experience often. Big shout out to the staff at this location🎉

My wife and I stayed at Tru by Hilton Denver South Park Meadows because we needed a convenient place to sleep near the interstate before flying home the next day. The location was perfect for that purpose, easy on and off the highway and close to everything around Park Meadows. The hotel itself is only about six years old and has a very modern, updated aesthetic. The lobby and common areas feel fresh and trendy. However, the rooms are definitely on the compact side. If you’re staying more than a night or traveling with a lot of luggage, space could feel tight. There were some positives: the shower was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the sheets were very soft. That said, the bedding itself was quite thin, which made it feel a little less cozy than we would have liked. Unfortunately, there were a few disappointments. I was surprised to see a lot of noticeable piss stains on the wall next to the toilet, something that housekeeping should have caught. Also, there were young kids running up and down the hallway late into the night and again early in the morning, essentially turning it into a track meet. While some of that falls on parenting, the hotel could certainly do a better job enforcing quiet hours and curbing excessive hallway noise. Overall, it worked for a quick overnight stay because of the location and comfortable bed, but the cleanliness details and noise issues would make us think twice about staying again.

I am having to add to my previous review. Came down for breakfast as soon as it open and scrambled eggs were cold and hard front desk Thomas was on his cell phone the whole time or talking to the breakfast Attendant. Tables were dirty and breakfast had just opened. They had zero coffee creamers. They said the pancake maker would not be on until after 7am. The breakfast Attendant was walking around the food area with a red rag which those of us in the cleaning industry know that that color of rag is designated for cleaning toilets and tubs. We have stayed here before and have never been this disappointed. Hope they take these comments to heart and make some adjustments.

We were here some months ago as a family, and loved it. We booked again based on that experience, but were so sad to find the pool table gone, the breakfast area halved and with no friendly breakfast attendant; the overall experience for our family largely diminished. The pillows were so flat and cheap, the blankets actually crinkly and thin, not plush or warm. This place really changed for the worse! We're shocked. It went from "wow" to just the usual or worse hotel stay. Top that off with a complete power outage (half of breakfast not available)... Ugh. Back to the drawing board on family stays.
