In Colorado, and off Colfax there are so many options for Mexican food. DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT. This place is beyond the best. My parents have owned multipke restaurants and I LOVE Mexican food. This place is AMAZING. Raul- is fantastic- and the food is delicious. The beans, the coleslaw- I don’t even like coleslaw but this one- is delightful. The chili peppers. It’s CLEAN. Its a hidden gem- please try it and also share. Bc small businesses depend on reviews- and I don’t write them unless I’m beyond impressed. Please try it and if you love it also leave a review. This place was delicious and the staff was so kind! The street tacos are pretty good size and they have a topping bar where you can dress your own tacos, highly recommend! Just make sure you park in their parking lot in the back and not at the McDonald’s or Popeyes because those restaurants will have you towed.

Delicious and good size for what you pay. The owner is a very nice man and is always so sweet when I come in. The best part about this spot is how CLEAN it is. Order at the counter, have a small wait get your own salsa(so yummy btw) and be satisfied! Chili usually has good spice also.

So delicious. The adobada has so much flavor and the pollo is so juicy. Ask the extra salsas and little toppings take these tacos off the charts in deliciousness
