Taqueria Jalisco Mexican Grill

First time here, recommended by a friend, the food was great! Service was excellent and atmosphere was perfect! We will be back.

I’ve been coming to Taqueria Jalisco for over two years because the food is consistently delicious and it has been one of my go-to spots for tacos. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was disappointing due to the customer service. I didn’t recognize the new staff members (two ladies working at the time), and the experience felt very different from what I’m used to here. I was surprised to be charged $3 for a very tiny container of salsa to go with my tacos, and they seemed hesitant to provide plasticware. The interaction didn’t feel welcoming, and it left me feeling like my business wasn’t valued. I truly enjoy the food and hope this was just an off day, but good customer service matters and is a big part of why customers return. I’m hoping future visits reflect the friendly service I’ve experienced in the past.

Clean and friendly, this small family restaurant has a stocked bar and plenty of menu choices. Every visit impresses me. Lightning fast service with good authentic food. Our entree usually arrives before the second sip of my margarita! This is the perfect spot when you only have 30 minute lunch hour. The only down side, no lunch menu or happy hour. No entree under $13 and Margs start at $9.00.
