Booked this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised the room is so cute and extremely spacious. Loved the fireplace worked remotely right in front of it. The instructions were really easy to follow and the location was close to everything we wanted. We will definitely be staying here again

I recently stayed at The Curtis Park Club for a weekend getaway. It’s a cute, boutique-style hotel with a lot of charm, especially if you like a cozy, vintage feel. 🛏️ Room & Comfort: The room was clean and well-decorated, with a unique rustic vibe. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh. However, there were a few small maintenance issues like a leaky faucet and a slightly noisy air conditioner that made the stay a little less relaxing. 🌇 Location: The location is definitely a highlight — it’s in a quiet neighborhood, close to local cafes and just a short drive from downtown Denver. Perfect if you like exploring walkable areas. 🤝 Service & Experience: There’s no front desk, which makes check-in feel a bit impersonal. Everything is done via text or email, which is convenient but not ideal if you prefer face-to-face service. Staff was responsive, but only virtually. 💸 Value for Money: For the price, I was expecting a bit more in terms of amenities. There’s no daily cleaning, no breakfast, and limited hotel-like services. It feels more like an upscale Airbnb than a traditional hotel.

This is a former bed and breakfast with no breakfast or staff on site. It's a lovely old place. Multiple rooms and 2 large common spaces so if you had a large group would be perfect to hang out.

DO NOT STAY HERE. My Fiance and I stayed at this Air BnB in May on a trip to Red Rocks for a concert. While we were at the concert, a homeless person we able to get onto the property through the gate, front door and then into our room, which had a "Pin Pad" lock on it and we made sure was locked every time we left. Management got it all on camera. Over $1,000 of our personal stuff was taken. The host was nice enough to refund us the stay, which is the 1 star. But for our personal belongings, we had to eat the cost.
