I usually love Jackson’s, however, today after the Bills playoff game I will never be back. I was not only verbally assaulted by Broncos fans in a Bills backers bar but hit in the face on my way out. I understand celebrating a win in your hometown but a backers bar should be a safe space to be a fan and frankly this was not. Absolutely abhorrent behavior by the Broncos fans by the front door and NOTHING done by the staff to allow a safe exit for losing fans. I’ll save my money for potlucks at home next season.

This is not a good bills bar to go to unless you go super early and get plenty of drinks ahead of time. For this playoff game, they had a total of 6 bar tenders across 3 bars. We waited in line for 40 minutes to get just a beer. Also there are a lot of other fans that try to instigate with you. I don’t recommend anyone comes here. Additionally the outdoor tv kept flickering on and off. The only good thing about this bar was the number of Bills fans. Overall it’s a trashy experience and you are better off going anywhere else

My wife and I went to my company christmas party. Haven't had an awesome night out like that in a while. Place was great, atmospher was perfect. Background noise even with abt 125 people was very minimal. Food was AMAZING!!!!!! We will definitely be adding this place to our date night list.

We visited a few hours before the Super Bowl as a group of six and let our server (dyed red hair) know that a few more people would be joining us later. She confirmed that wouldn’t be an issue. We all started individual tabs, and service was solid at first. However, once the rest of our party arrived before the game, the experience noticeably declined. It became difficult to get her attention, and she spent extended periods chatting with other tables and staff while our group was waiting for assistance. A couple of food orders were placed but never came out, and we were never given clarity on whether those items were removed from the bill. When it came time to close out, she commented that splitting the checks for a large group was “going to be hard.” If managing separate tabs was an issue, that should have been communicated upfront so we could have adjusted accordingly. Instead, several tabs were calculated incorrectly. I was personally overcharged by $20 and was not provided a receipt to verify the charges. Overall, what started as a good experience ended in frustration due to inattentive service and billing errors.
