Insomnia Cookies

This was the ideal way to conclude a wonderful night. Jacob and Misael provided exceptional service. They were patient, kind, and friendly, making the interaction enjoyable. The place was clean, and the cookies were warm and freshly baked. They had a delicious peanut butter cup cookie and a salted caramel deluxe cookie that was simply amazing. Since I don’t drink, I wasn’t sure about spending a night at a bar with people drinking, but ending at Insomnia Cookie was the perfect cherry on top. It was the ideal way to end a night.

This place is special, it has a great environment thanks to the manager — very kind and proactive —, clean place, great background music, smells delicious baking all the time. For my wife and daughter it was very delightful to have a fresh and hot brownie with delicious ice cream. Strongly recommended.

Love this location. First off Sarah is a sweetie and amazing worker. She really went above and beyond beyond. Cash also was an amazing delivery driver. My door man was being a total punk to Cash but he made sure I got my order. Thank and both and so sorry that the delivery was a trouble 💜

I ordered 6 cookies and 2 chocolate milks on 1/17/26 at around 11PM. The estimated delivery time was 45 minutes, but after an hour of the driver being assigned, I called the store. A very polite woman answered and said our driver was assigned and should be on the way, so the order could not be cancelled. She said to call back if it still wasn’t delivered after a while. At 1:25AM (1/18), I called back and a very polite man answered this time. I explained that my order was still not delivered after over 2 hours, and told me there must have been an issue with the driver, as the order was packaged and made twice. The male employee then offered a full refund, which I gladly accepted. My issue was resolved, as I did get a refund and the workers were very polite, but I was disappointed I could not get my order. I am giving 4 stars because of the kind employees, quick refund, and hard work of the staff (as previously mentioned, they sent out the order twice). Unfortunately, I did have to dock a star simply because I waited around 3 hours for an order that never came. TLDR: order never delivered, but staff was polite and gave full refund.
