Tucked inside Union Station, this peachy pink cafeteria feels like a soft little daydream in the middle of all the coming-and-going. While travelers rush past with suitcases and schedules , you get to sit back with something warm (or iced). The Irish coffee was pleasant but not particularly memorable. I think I had an iced caramel latte ( or was it something else 🤔?) that was sweet and refreshing without tipping into syrupy overload. Overall this place is less about groundbreaking coffee, and more about pink hues, city movement, and a cozy pause in the middle of it all. A lovely little stop if you’re passing through.

Can’t believe there’s a beautiful way to caffeinate yourself on a Valentine Day in a train station! Coffee was on point for almond latte, service was quick considering the long line and I wish I’ve tried their pastries. Best way to wake up to explore Colorado!

I've been coming here since before the remodel and I'm impressed with their consistency in quality again and again. I've only ever stopped there for lattes, but they've always been good. My one note is that, if you want lavender syrup to have a more pronounced taste in your latte, I'd recommend asking for a couple more pumps of the lavender syrup. 10/10 would recommend.

This spot takes full advantage of its location. Being that it's nestled in the corner of Union Station, the decor and setup fit the aesthetic perfectly. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the coffee itself is delicious. The only sticking point for me are the prices. They're certainly on the higher end (as are the other competing establishments in the area) but at least you get your money's worth in terms of flavor. Definitely worth a visit. Try the Sweet Potato Pie Latte. It tastes exactly as described on the tin
