The miso soup was ok... refreshing and warm but not super flavorful. The Unami Maki was super flavorful and a must-get. Same with the Eden Roll... also a must get. This was our first round of order and we were super happy with it so we ordered more. Round 2 was Bito Maki 2.0 and Shiitake to Me and both were a little underwhelming. We would go again for just the first 2 rolls and not venture too much into the other options sadly. Ambiance is also really nice here and you feel like you're in a decent Sushi spot.

We really enjoyed our visit here. We had a cozy booth at the bar which has awesome vibes. Our server, Abbie, was so attentive and friendly. She even sent over a free appetizer when she heard it was our first time in. All our rolls were delicious. We will be back!

Didn't think sushi would be first thing I got on trip to Denver but turned out to be a great idea! They've got a whole vegan sushi menu that was really well done, inexpensive, and delicious. I got the Thai Hippie roll - it was plated well, had great flavor, and lots of good toppings to add depth to the dish. The Busch NA tasted just as bad as it should and I loved finding it there to add to my NA list. Didn't get a photo of this but they also have a legit fish tank above the bar that was great to watch while eating.

I stopped by after an Avalanche game and I was so overwhelmed, in a good way, with all the vegan sushi options. I am vegetarian and LOVE veggie sushi. I got the Thai Hippie roll and the Spicy Kaluna Crunch roll. Thai Hippie was so fresh and addicting. The Kaluna was indulgent and more comfort like. My only negative is the bar stools. The chair pads weren't fully attached to the chairs. When I hopped into my bar chair with my tootsie rolls for legs (aka short) I accidently slid my hand under the pad and hopped on top of my finger that was directly above the bare lip of the metal chair leg. My finger was instantly bruised under the nail and it still hurts today which is two days later. We checked the other stools and a few others were the same way. I was already having a day with my side business and getting a martini spilled on me (at this restaurant, but the waiter was very polite and helpful after) but I think it was just bad luck that day or someone's cursing me. Despite everything, I want to go back for the amazing food but I will NOT sit at the sushi bar. One more thing, the vegan miso soup was so flavorful and fresh!
