The best part of this apartment used to be the hot tub—it was basically the social hub and made it super easy to meet new people in the evenings. Alta was like a college dorm except for young adults. Unfortunately, it’s now been broken for the better part of 6 months with updates from management becoming less frequent. At this point, it feels less like an amenity and more like a historical monument to better times. To dig the knife deeper, they have recently put in a vending machine downstairs that sells diet coke for $5.50.

I needed to move ASAP, Jillian & Madison went above and beyond assisting me and getting my apartment situated so quickly. They were both so helpful, kind, and you can tell care about their tenants/ passionate about their jobs. Only been a couple nights but so far the community is quiet, clean and friendly. Loving it so far!

Do not rent here. Have been dealing with cockroaches in my kitchen and their droppings all over my counters, despite having an impeccably clean unit. For the first week, I was making multiple maintenance calls and being told it was likely not roaches, but probably "large ants." Maintenance sprayed some generic spray without effect. When escalating my concern to the property manager, I was then informed a unit below me had a roach infestation. And was told I would not receive rent reimbursement as they would be doing the appropriate 1x weekly sprays and the unit was not deemed uninhabitable. Had to advocate to get traps placed in my unit in the meantime. Will be moving out after this horrendous experience. Other tenants here do not care to take care of their space. Huge amounts of trash are constantly left in trash rooms/common areas. The area feels very unsafe & the walls in the units are incredibly thin with neighbors who don't care to be conscious of their noise levels (or cleanliness). Do not pay the high rent prices for these units - take your money elsewhere.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my tour with Madison genuinely stood out. From the moment she opened the door, I just felt welcome. The whole team here is so inclusive, even Byron mentioned his husband knew of me and my books, which honestly made my day. Madison was amazing at walking me through the entire space and helping me picture what life here would actually feel like. She’s super transparent about pricing and explained everything clearly. And if she didn’t have the answer, she pulled Byron in right away, and he’s such a kind soul too. You can tell they both really care about creating a positive living experience. I know reviews can get messy sometimes, a lot of upset people, a lot of negativity, so I usually don’t bother reading or writing them. But I really wanted to share this: go see a place for yourself. Trust your own experience. Mine here was genuinely great, and I left feeling excited about the possibility of making this my home. - Arielle
