How this is written: we run the full set of recent Google reviews through AI to pull out what guests consistently say — including the complaints, which is why there's a downsides list rather than only the good bits. It's rewritten as new reviews come in, so it describes the hotel as it is now, not as it was whenever someone last got round to writing a paragraph about it. Read the reviews yourself on Google Maps.

I've lived here a few years now and during that time this property has had some ups and downs. In the last few months though I've seen the new staff implement change in an effort to better the community. The new staff has already made some positive changes to make this place the community it once was again and not just another apartment community. If looking for a quiet suburban place with a great management team head on over! "

Been here for 2 months shy of a year. The building is great and the unit is awesome. My only complaint is the community. The neighbors are constantly bombarding everyone with loud music and obnoxious bass that can be heard from other buildings across the property (disturbing the peace) even as late as 11pm on weekdays. I’ve been emailing management for damn near 8 months about it. Their response? “Sorry, we have other priorities but thank you for caring” There is also the issue of people repairing vehicles on property. This place is starting to look like a junk yard with all the popped hoods and cars on jacks. Management doesn’t seem to care so problems rarely get solved. One last issue. The handicap parking cheaters. Some people just don’t care and will park in the handicap spots just because they’re closer to the building, not because they need it. I’ve witnessed this constantly where people that actually need it, can’t use it and have to walk farther with their canes or walking aids

THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST PLACES I HAVE EVER LIVED!!! MY HEAT AND AIR CONDITIONER HAS NOT WORKED SINCE I MOVED IN. I HAVE 2 KIDS AND THEY HAVE TO CUDDLE BY A SPACE HEATER. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE, MAINTENANCE DOES NOTHING EVERY REQUEST GETS SET AS "COMPLETED" AFTER THEY COME IN AND CHECK SOMETHING FOR 5 MINUTES AND SAY IT "NEEDS REPLACED"

PLEASE LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS AND DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU ARE EXTREMELY DESPERATE!!!!! We moved in to our unit in August. The day we went to pickup our keys we were told our unit was not ready, but we were told someone would come clean it by the end of the day. The unit was completely trashed and they had left ripped up carpet and paint buckets in the unit (which are still sitting on my patio). It seems that management has no intent to make sure units are ready prior to move in (as seen by the countless number of people who have had these same move in issues). Our unit was missing the washer/dryer and we were told we would be getting one “soon” (we still have not gotten our washer/dryer and have spent a ridiculous amount of money on the machines that do not even work in the common areas). We were not given a mail key and were told the last residents did not turn it in so we would be responsible for replacement costs. When speaking to the property manager about the situation she was extremely unprofessional and rude, but eventually agreed to cover the cost of the new key. We had several maintenance requests put in within the first month of living here and we have still not had anything taken care of. Neither the air conditioning or AC have worked in our unit. Do not even bother trying to reach the office. They will not answer your calls or emails and will not respond to any voicemails. These people do not care about their residents or the property and it’s very clear. Wishing you the best of luck if you decide to ignore the warnings and live here!!!
