Cute low key diner vibe with great burgers a stellar spicy margarita. We split the Juicy Lucy and a half side of fries which was plenty for 2. We didn’t need a reservation. I’d come back if I was in the area but wouldn’t go out of my way to return given how many great burger spots there are in Denver. But if you want somewhere quiet this is your spot.

OMG, the flavor of the beef is SO amazing. And the burgers truly were VERY, VERY juicy (so funny, the owner brings a card to the table before the burgers come out -- it gives instructions like "go to the burger, don't bring it to you" and "DO NO press or squeeze the burger." Hilarious!). Fries -- delish and hot, straight from the fryer. Small place, just four booths and a long (maybe 15 seats?) bar. Diner kind of ambience. The guys serving were very likeable. Stopped back several times to be sure all was AOK with us. We found Lucy's through inKind (and used a reward). But I'd go back in a minute (no reward needed)!

Been here twice now, so I feel like the review is accurate for me personally. First of all, the service is great and very personal and energetic. Ashley and Michelle were helping out behind the bar this last time, and both were really welcoming and efficient. They even gave me a coupon for a free drink when I closed out, which was nice. It is a small space that is cozy, and still captures the diner experience. Cool bar setup with ten low but comfortable seats. Three booths and a table complete the setup. One large corner TV, and the first time cool beach stuff was on, and the second time sports were on. The background music was energetic, yet not your boring mainstream stuff. Liked it. They give you pretzels to munch on when you sit down, so that is fun. I ordered the signature Juicy Lucy with no pickles and cooked onions, and it was solid. Mine came with pickles on it, but no biggie. I admit to being overly critical of burgers, so let's get that out of the way. The stuffed cheese was fun, but I always find with stuffed burgers that getting the burger at the right temp is tough so therefore it changes the taste a bit. I personally prefer a good medium rare burger for temp. Still solid. Packets of hot sauce, ketchup, and mustard were on the bar and at the tables. I got a side of fries with buffalo sauce to dip them in. The fries were good too. They also have truffle/caviar fries on the menu, which looked interesting, unique, and a call to come back and try at some point. And, of course, Tennyson Street in that couple of block stretch is a great place to explore and do fun things. Can't beat it. Finally, I have to mention that this place is on Inkind, which if you aren't on, you should be. It also means they stay in the loop as far as reach. Smart. This place is a great experience overall for both service and food. Definitely recommend, and see you there...

I am so glad I finally got to try this place!!!! Everything is so great. I had never tried a juicy Lucy and let me tell you it is the best burger in Denver! We got the fancy fries and I love that they have caviar at this little divey joint!! The Truffle mayo was 🔥and the fries were perfect. Mac and cheese bites were perfectly nostalgic. Our table got two juicy Lucy and 2 saucy sally. The saucy sally is just the juicy Lucy with thousand island and lettuce added. They were both delicious. The most impressive thing was the cocktail menu. For such a small and low-key spot, they have an incredible and diverse cocktail menu. The pickle shots (rimmed with salt and a pickle garnish) and espresso martini were my favorite! The fried snickers and root beer float for dessert were the perfect indulgences. And everyone who works here are just genuine salt of the earth people! Excellent service— can’t wait to come back!
