The absolute highlight of my stay, however, was the service. I want to give a special shout-out to Joscinda on the overnight shift. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. My wife and I was here for 6 nights and every day the hotel smelt like marijuana and we had roaches in our room, when my wife told the guy at the front desk about the roaches he said that they haven’t had a roach problem maybe somebody brought them in with their suitcase! Also we was supposed to get a queen size bed and we got a full, my wife went to the front desk again and a guy came and measured the bed and he said it was a queen! We know for a fact it was a full because the pillows we brought are for a queen bed and they were hanging off the side of the bed, not a queen but it was a full!The breakfast muffins were stale, the people there hung around the place looking a little shady! I’m sorry but we are very unsatisfied and will not visit this place again! We paid good money for this room and was treated unfairly!

Excellent service, caring members that help you through. Clean rooms, great space that allows service animals, reasonable fees,morning muffins, oatmeal, and coffee, has big bed, bathroom, kitchen, table, chair, TV and internet, highly recommend!

Do not stay here!! The rooms are disgusting. The place has a weird smell to begin with but the pots and pans given have food caked on them that you won’t get off, the floors and AC units are sticky, the towels have hairs engrained in the fibers so don’t dry off with them, go ahead and bring cleaning supplies cause everything needs it, people will set the fire alarms off for smoking in their rooms, staff is not helpful other than Antone on nightshift. There’s stains on everything and writing on the walls, the fridge doesn’t have shelves and the microwave isn’t clean either. If traveling with kids don’t stay here!!! They also charge an outrageous amount for a pet when the place is completely gross!!
