How this is written: we run the full set of recent Google reviews through AI to pull out what guests consistently say — including the complaints, which is why there's a downsides list rather than only the good bits. It's rewritten as new reviews come in, so it describes the hotel as it is now, not as it was whenever someone last got round to writing a paragraph about it. Read the reviews yourself on Google Maps.

Stopped by Six Capital Brewing and was seriously impressed. Probably some of the best food I’ve had at a brewery, paired with really solid drinks. We ordered the Southerner and the BBQ mac and cheese, both were packed with flavor. The BBQ had a great smoky depth without being overpowering, and everything tasted fresh and well put together. Definitely not your typical “brewery food.” Would absolutely come back for both the food and the beer.

This was my first visit so I ordered several items for tasting. The brisket was phenomenal! I paired it with the coleslaw and I enjoyed that combo better than the sauce I ordered...but the Alabama white sauce was great as well. I also really enjoyed the Cubano sandwich. My only disappointment were the smashed potatoes. They were salty to the point of being inedible. I tried two and part of third but then tossed in the trash. Otherwise, this place would have been a 5. I will totally go back here due to the brisket...I will just avoid the taters!

This food and beer feeds the soul, not just feeds you. Came in for St. Patrick’s day and my gosh is the staff, beer and food amazing. Casey is a dang delight. Positive happy energy. Definitely a real homie vibe. Marcus is fantastic and very welcoming. I watched him make people laugh. I had the dry stout and the red ale. Both very good brews. Very happy with my choices. Mac and cheese and potatoes were yummy. Idk what seasoning was on them but had a slight kick that made them even better. I will be coming back and I’m bringing friends cuz I know that bbq was fire the last time I was in. My gah.

This place has potential and the bartender was very nice but on the day I went they only had 4 of their own brews on tap - odd for a place that uses "Brewing" in the name. I was interested in trying their BBQ too but all they offered were sandwiches or by-the-pound. No meals with sides, and the ala carte sides were only offered in full pints - not really appropriate for one person. I tried their 4 house beers - which were solid - and moved on. Nothing bad about the place, but it felt like they are kinda phoning it in.
