Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Denver Aurora/Medical Center

Medical Emergency, Unauthorized Room Entry, and Missing Property – Unacceptable Handling I am a Lifetime Platinum Elite Marriott Bonvoy member, and this stay at Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Denver Aurora / Medical Center was deeply concerning and unacceptable. During my stay, I suffered a medical emergency related to prescription medication that required a 911 response and hospital treatment. Police were present and instructed hotel staff not to enter my room due to the circumstances at the time. Despite this, while I was hospitalized: • Hotel staff entered my room • All of my belongings were removed • This occurred before my approved 4:00 PM late checkout • No authorization, inventory, or explanation was provided When I returned from the hospital the same day, my room had been completely cleared. Multiple personal and high-value items were missing, including: • Prescription medication • An iPhone • A passport and passport holder • Personal luxury items • A binder of collectible cards The estimated value of the missing items is approximately $4,500. This incident occurred on top of earlier unresolved issues during the same stay, including repeated overnight noise disturbances, refusal to change rooms, and lack of staff responsiveness despite written notice through Marriott’s chat system. I am publicly asking the property and Marriott corporate to address the following: • Why was my room entered despite police instruction? • Why were my belongings removed before late checkout? • Where are the missing items, and why was no inventory provided? This is not simply a poor stay — it is a serious safety, security, and guest-trust issue. I am awaiting a formal response, return of my property, and appropriate resolution.

This place is great. Uber affordable. Nice clean rooms. Very polite but not overly chatty staff. Working hot tub. My favorite in town getaway. Highly recommend.

Clean efficient hotel with excellent staff. Breakfast was good but Marjorie the breakfast host was exceptional- probably the best we have experienced in many years of hotel travels. Cleared tables brought out chocolate chips when requested and made sure everyone had their needs met. Amazing how a good staff person adds a star.

Shannon and the lady who serve breakfast were exceptional! Gabby was a bit rude to my mom but other than that. The location was perfect for what I needed it for. Room Could have been cleaner but i cleaned it so it worked. I would stay here again for sure
