Middle of the road price for an above average experience. The front desk staff was very friendly and made us feel very welcome, especially Damien. One star off on rooms due to low water pressure in the shower but that aside it was a good experience for a fair price. Location was great.

The service was great! Parking is good. The room was great, very spacious. Complimentary breakfast was good and the young lady who was over that department was very kind. Though she did not speak much English, her generosity was conveyed by a smile and great service. Thank you for the great accommodations. I would recommend this location if you are traveling to Colorado in the area.

The breakfast was good. Beds were comfy. The rooms left a little to be desired. The AC’s say they only go down to 66 degrees. I had it set on 66 and I can promise it was not 66 degrees in there. We were hot all night. The blinds moved up and down automatically with a switch. Ours were stuck and only moved about 12 inches either way. The bathrooms were gross. I will attach a picture of stains on the wall right next to the sink. Really made me uneasy about how clean everything was. Recommend looking elsewhere

I travel about 80% of the year for work, and stay almost exclusively at Hilton hotels. This location tops all that I've stayed at, and that is 100% because of the team there! I have stayed at this location several times now, and will only stay here when I'm in town. Shirroq (forgive me if I've misspelled your name!), the GM, Cimmone, the new manager, and the best front desk agent I've ever encountered, Damien, have demonstrated on multiple occasions their commitment to going above and beyond for their guests. On one recent stay, I experienced some issues. Mostly minor inconveniences, like incomplete housekeeping and a non-working TV. Mr. Patel, Cimmone, and Damien not only delivered stellar customer service in how the entire thing was handled, they personalized the apology and didn't leave it at the usual offer of extra bonus points in my account. Hilton brand hotels are all pretty standard, I mean -- branding works for a reason -- but the team here is what makes this hotel the very best! I definitely recommend staying here!
