The food at Ambler is amazing! I had margaritas and the buffalo chicken wrap, and both were so good. For breakfast I tried the avocado toast and an açaí bowl, which were fresh, flavorful, and the perfect start to the day. Caroline was the best! She was so kind, welcoming, and wonderful to chat with. Her service really made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!

honestly was hesitant to visit this place but somehow ended up with my colleagues and I loved it. I dont drink so cant comment on that but the food was really exceptional. tried below items with details. Wings - Buffalo and Tamarind chilly - amazing and really different. Caramelized Brussels Sprouts - great taste full of rich flavors. Wood-fired Baba Ghanoush - once you have it on your table with that warm pita, you cant really stop until its done. exceptional. Ember Roasted Salmon - loved this , being a seafood fan , this was really good. must try. Ambler Fries - Never tried this quality fries, loved it and totally different. Strawberry Splash - if you dont drink like me, this is really a great drink especially with ginger its spicy but tangy sweet as well at the same time. loved it

We’ve never been to Ambler and overall, we liked our time there. We went on Friday right when the doors opened. 2 Stars because of the bartender. The Drinks- My go to spirit for an Old Fashioned is the Whistle Pig Rye 10yr since it makes an incredible Old Fashioned. Ambler’s price on this was higher than any other place I’ve had it at in Downtown Denver, coming in at $28-$30 which is absolutely crazy. Bartender made it very well though. The $5 happy hour drinks were good, but they are very small and you don’t feel like you’re getting any ‘happy hour’ deal at all. Cheesesteak egg rolls- They were pretty good, but the corn threw me off. Buffalo wings- These were the biggest wings I’ve ever had and they were really good! More sauce would’ve made it even better. I’ll be back to try them again. * The Bartender(s)- There were two bartenders opening when we got there. The one dude was really engaging and answered some questions I had about the Whiskey, very personable and cool. He was doing preparation. The other dude had the personality of a rock. He just awkwardly stood there and you had to signal to him for another drink or you won’t get another drink. He made a hell of a drink but was very strange and we wondered how he got the job. Maybe he had an off day? Anyways, we will be back for the wings at a table, and not the bar.

Caroline was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, fast, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was incredible, and her service made the whole experience even better. She was so kind and took the time to talk with us for a while, which made us feel really welcomed and valued. Caroline is truly a delight — I would honestly come back again just for her! Highly recommend asking for her if you visit!
