Our favorite place for date night, we stopped in for some snacks before heading to Ball Arena tonight. Thoroughly enjoyed the warm cheesy focaccia, and the crab cake was DIVINE. Don’t miss out on the Brussels sprouts either! We’re looking forward to another special night at Coohill’s very soon.

Had a nice meal here. Crab cake and focaccia bread were delicious. I had the fish of the day. Fish was great with the sauce, but risotto was a bit gummy. Husband had the Colorado lamb which he enjoyed but was spicier than he expected it would be. Took half home to eat again. Butternut squash was good. They were out of the herbed potatoes so they offered me duck fat potatoes. Nice owners.

AMAZING food at Coohills last light. Charcuterie board was great; the pâtè was ridiculously good. Perfect Duck Leg Confit with Lentils. House made bread is delicious. Chef Tom Coohill Jr. is one of Denver's very best and Diane Schapiro Coohill runs a great front of the house! Have you been? You need to!

Luke was our waiter, he took every opportunity to create an amazing dinner for a birthday celebration. He shared his favorite dishes, he made conversation easy and inviting! One thing I truly appreciate is he was prompt - never a wait in between courses, no empty drinks and nothing but fabulous service. On the culinary side… what a gem of a restaurant! Quaint, despite having a large building space the ambiance felt intimate. The menu was thoughtfully curated and not overwhelming. Enough options to tour different flavors. We ordered the smoked salmon, pomme frites & apple salad to start. For our main entrees we shared the short rib, root risotto and the fish of the day. Dessert was equally a stunner - unique flavors melded together in the poudin au pain. Drinks were plentiful and well poured & I even was blessed with a soda to go! Overall - I will absolutely be back to enjoy another meal! 10/10 Thank you Coohills staff & Luke!
