Absolutely amazing French Dips! The best in the city. Great hours for those needing something substantial to eat after clubbing. But great as a date night as well. Ambiance is fun and the staff is very accommodating and kind. Decor is unique and jolly. The only negative is the specialty cocktails are on the small side.

Don't let the dive bar appearance fool you! The food in this fine establishment should not be slept on! It is literally a culinary delight❣️ I have had several of their sandwiches and they never disappoint.

We had a fantastic experience at Pony Up! My uncle and I shared the Saigon and the Frenchie, and both sandwiches were absolutely outstanding. The flavors were bold and perfectly balanced—the Saigon was fresh and vibrant with just the right kick, and the Frenchie was rich, savory, and incredibly satisfying. You can tell real care goes into the food. The service was stellar from start to finish—attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming without being overbearing. It made the whole meal feel relaxed and enjoyable. The music was a bit loud and not exactly my genre of choice, but it certainly added to the energetic atmosphere. Even with that small personal preference, the overall experience was excellent. Great food, great service, and a place we’d gladly return to.

This place is AMAZING. The staff is warm and hospitable, the food is excellent (the Saigon Dip is life changing), the atmosphere is perfection, I can't speak highly enough about what is going on at Pony Up. A bar in Ballpark that is pretty and clean, lively and welcoming, serves delicious food... It is truly an anomaly. Thank you Pony Up, and keep up the incredible work. Denver loves you.
