This is Denver's best spot for Eggs Benedict—their hollandaise is noticeably creamier and better executed than upscale competitors, and the whole experience costs less.

We have visited the Delectable Egg’s other location and my wife has made it very clear, we must stop at a Delectable Egg when we visit Denver. Simply put, they know exactly how to make Eggs Benedict! That is my wife’s comfort breakfast and makes her happy. We were staying at the Denver Ritz and “attempted” Eggs Benedict at “Elway’s”. Epic fail. They really should pay for culinary lessons from Delectable Egg. They were overcooked and the hollandaise was gelatinous in comparison to the creaminess of Delectable Egg. All this to say, we made the walk to Delectable Egg, because we were that confident it would be right and it was! Amazing staff, great food and half the price and far better than Elway’s. We hope they eventually have a Colorado Springs location.

Some friends and I flew into town and wanted a good breakfast after being on a plane over night. The reviews and food looked pretty good so we decided to try it out. We were seated right away and liked everything we ordered! We suggest the California Benedict, fiesta skillet, steak and eggs, breakfast tacos, and waffle combo!

Came here with a few friends after looking around for some brunch spots and glad we did. We tried out a few options from the menu and everything was delicious besides the roasted potatoes (tasted bland). I really enjoyed the steak and eggs but everything else was also good. The service was great and the food came out quick - I can’t complain about anything. If you’re looking for some traditional American brunch food, this is your spot.
